We spent barely a day in Albania on a little tour from Ohrid, North Macedonia yet managed to have fresh fruit from a local market, a coffee, and a full-blown meal each in a different town. The coffee and fruit were fantastic, you can't beat pesticide-free fruit that isn't force grown! Our late lunch introduced us to one of our favourite go-to sides - Shopska salad - with grilled freshwater fish, pork, and chips.
The Challenge: Stuffed Peppers - Because Baby Leaps hates Fish & Albania totally fits into "The Med" categorisation
Since this was our first challenge we wanted to try something very new, and totally different from our simple (yet tasty) lunch so we went with a classic: Mediterranean Stuffed Peppers. It's a pretty popular dish in the Med and something we had never attempted before.
