Hodge Podge - A creamy, buttery soup of vegetables...Oh Canada!
I spent a few weeks in Canada to play Lacrosse with almost all my food catered and pretty much "normal" with a few side trips to Tim Hortons & a terrible experience with poutine on the side. From what we could tell the food would be a bit like home but Baby Noo found something a little more fun.
The Challenge: Hodge Podge - Because poutine was not an option.
Poutine was the most obvious way to go with this challenge but after a quite horrible and accidental experience at a cheap Canadian food court it was a no from me, sorry Canada.
