Nah Leaps spent some time in Shanghai for work and one thing that stuck with me (and made me super jealous) was that wonton soup was offered as a breakfast option in her hotel!

It's hard to pick an iconic dish from a country like China that famously has so many options from so many regions. We've made war-tip dumplings, Xianbing, Szechuan chicken, chicken & sweetcorn soup and many other Chinese take-out-style foods but never one of our all-time favourites - so it was time.
