Cevapi & Djuvec - Mini sausages, (like kofte?) packed with flavour on red rice.

We went to Dubrovnik back in 2012 and it was incredible - a major highlight. It was pretty busy even back then, they were filming Season 3 (or 4?) of "Game of Thrones" and already the old town was over flowing with tourists (sorry) but when the city is that pretty, the people that friendly, the food that delicious and that cheap it's hard to stay away. Since then been in & around Rijeka and Zadar as well always sampling (aka over stuffing ourselves with) foods like Burek & Makovnjaca from local bakeries.
The Challenge: Cevapi & Djuvec - Because Croatia was our first Balkan nation and Cevapi is everywhere - they're also banging.
These little meaty delights make the average pork sausages in super markets seem dull (we didn't grow up with plain pork sausages but rather beefy peppery ones). We had these with flat bread one lunch in 30°C+ heat and didn't feel too full or hot afterwards but rather refreshed and ready for more exploring. This time though, being winter, we wanted a bit more with some flavoursome rice.
