Khachapuri & Lobio - Cheese stuffer "heart attack" bread & beans to die for.

I know a few people who have visited this absolute gem of a country and seen many reality-style tv shows of people visiting with their cars or to win challenges and never have I heard someone say they didn't love Georgia - because you can't, it's awesome. More importantly (maybe) Georgian food is art & comfort food combined. Yet, for some reason Georgia doesn't sit at the top of most "must-visit" places and honestly, it's a travesty! At the same time it's great that's it on the DL as it prevents over-tourism etc but honestly whether you're on a road trip or enjoying a city break there is just so much to look at, eat and drink. I mean, the wine alone!!!
The Challenge: Khachapuri & Lobio - Because lobio is amazing & somehow we didnt have acharuli khachapuri in Georgia (sorry).
Georgian should also have been an easy challenge, it's not like we grew up with their dishes but Shkmeruli, lobiani, Rachuli & bahza for our salads - were all things we enjoyed and recreated at home as soon as we were able to; meaning we were left with two very, and I mean very iconic items for our challenge. The cheesiest stuffed bread & my personal fave lobio...
